Inbound Ops LLC (“Inbound Ops,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides software and communication technology that enables businesses to communicate with their customers by phone and SMS. We do not provide HVAC, plumbing, or home services. We provide the tools those businesses use to communicate with their customers.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when our platform delivers phone calls and text messages on behalf of our client businesses.

How the Service Works
Inbound Ops provides a missed-call text-back system and related messaging tools for client businesses. When a customer calls or texts a business that uses our platform, and that call or message cannot be answered immediately, our system may send one or more automated, service-related SMS messages on behalf of that business so the conversation can continue.
All messages sent through the platform are between the customer and the business they contacted. Inbound Ops only provides the technology that transmits those messages.

Messages sent through our platform are transactional and service-related, initiated by a customer’s contact with a client business.

Message and call data may be transmitted through telecommunications carriers, cloud service providers, and SMS delivery platforms solely for the purpose of delivering communications. These providers are contractually required to protect the data and may not use it for any other purpose.

We retain message and call records only as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Consumers may opt out of receiving SMS messages from a client business at any time by replying STOP to any message.
