Terms of Service – Inbound Ops LLC

Inbound Ops LLC (“Inbound Ops,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides software and communication technology that enables businesses to communicate with their customers by phone and SMS.

Inbound Ops does not provide HVAC, plumbing, or home services. We provide the technology that allows our client businesses to respond to inbound calls and messages from their own customers.

When you call or text a phone number operated by one of our client businesses, you are communicating with that business. Inbound Ops provides the software that delivers those messages but is not a party to the underlying conversation.

SMS & Messaging Services

Inbound Ops provides a missed-call text-back system and related messaging tools that allow our client businesses to respond to their customers by SMS.

When a customer calls a client business and the call is not answered, our system may send one or more automated, service-related text messages on behalf of that business so the conversation can continue by text.

Inbound Ops does not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages to consumers. All messages sent through our platform are initiated by a customer’s inbound phone call or message to one of our client businesses.

Message Frequency

Message frequency depends on the interaction between a customer and a client business. In most cases, one or two automated messages may be sent in response to a missed call, followed by direct replies between the customer and the business.

Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from a client business at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Inbound Ops provides communication technology only. We do not guarantee service outcomes, business results, customer response times, or job completion.

All conversations and transactions occur between customers and the client business they contacted. Inbound Ops does not participate in, control, or monitor those conversations beyond delivering messages through our platform.
